Using ParentCheck+ is simple and efficient:

Submit a list of current or prospective parents/ guardians.
Our team processes the data and flags any potential matches to adverse information.

We do all the work for you, no need for an account, self-service platforms or disclosing full customer details. Only a first and last name are required, though providing a date of birth and nationality helps reduce false positives.

ParentCheck+ employs a low match threshold, ensuring even tenuous links to adverse information are flagged for your review.

Registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as data controllers.
No footprints left on subjects' credit files, as ParentCheck+ is not a credit-checking service.

Pricing

There are three options available depending on your requirements:

Individual search
This option is advisable if you will only require one or two checks over the course of the contract Term. Price per search - £150.00.

Ten search credits
This is the most popular option which allows for ten searches to be used at any time during the contract Term - £500.00 (£50.00 per search)

Full parent list
This will allow you to search your entire customer database up to three times within the contract Term. Pricing dependent on pupil numbers as below.

School size / Annual fee

Up to 500 pupils - £1,500.00
Up to 1,000 pupils - £2,250.00
Up to 1,500 pupils - £3,000.00
More than 1,500 / groups - £POA

Yes. Most schools use it before offering a place, but it can also support decisions when reviewing payment plans or re-enrolments.

How often should we run checks on fee-payers?

We recommend screening new applicants before confirming places and reviewing continuing families if payment behaviour changes.

Will parents know they have been screened?

No. ParentCheck+ is a discreet service that leaves no trace. There is no credit footprint and no direct contact is made with the individual.

Can we run checks on international parents?

Yes. ParentCheck+ screens global data sources, making it suitable for international applicants as well as UK-based families.

How do we act on the results?

We provide a simple summary of any risk flags. The decision on whether to accept, decline or request more information is entirely yours.
