We attended the AGBIS, HMC and ISBA Heads, Governors and Bursars’ Conference, joining school leaders and bursars from across the independent sector. Our team was on hand throughout the day, catching up with long-standing clients and speaking with new schools about strengthening their approach to unpaid fees.
Conversations focused on practical issues including late fee recovery, maintaining steady cash flow and protecting parent relationships while addressing overdue balances. Many schools shared concerns about managing these pressures while keeping administration to a minimum.
