Additional fees

Smaller debt balances may incur an upfront handling fee to cover the administration involved in starting recovery.

Debtors who can't be contacted or have moved without leaving a forwarding address may need a trace to locate them before recovery efforts can start. Debtor Tracing incurs a fee charged on a per-person basis.

Cases that require enforcement carry separate costs. Any additional fees will be discussed with your assigned account manager before proceeding with any further action. Dependent on our clients’ terms and conditions, or relevant legislation, costs may also be recovered where we are legally able to do so.
